Micah's journey in healthcare began with a deep calling to help others—a purpose that has guided her through a decade of leadership across senior living communities, home care organizations, and post-acute facilities. As Co-Founder of the mi guide team, she leads the implementation of clinical initiatives for the CMS GUIDE Model, expanding access to dementia services throughout the state of Michigan.
What truly distinguishes Micah, is her ability to combine professional expertise with genuine compassion. Her background as a Nurse, complemented with her valuable entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and owner of Authentic Care Co. enables her to bridge clinical needs with effective operational systems.

When not working to transform healthcare experiences across Michigan, Micah maintains an active lifestyle—running, playing soccer, and enjoying Michigan's beautiful lakes with her family. She's also a passionate MSU basketball fan and member of Jackson Young Professionals.
